I think gerrymandering is ridiculous - no matter whose side it helps.
Why not have representatives assigned by counties? You might have one representative for a single highly populated county whereas you could have another representative for 3-4 less populated counties.
In the end the total would be the same for each state but the districts wouldn't look like a digital camo pattern. I agree, county lines, hunting zones, voting districts...kriist how many do we need ?
