The fishing is pretty fair, Good deer hunting is very spotty. Too many people and the land is too fragmented not to mention some of these peckerwoods shoot anything thats brown.


My in-laws used to live in Sulphur Springs. I was amazed at how few deer there were over there.

I’m gonna miss my east Texas deer lease this year. It will be the first time I haven’t made opening day in the piney woods in 17 years!!
