Any one out there have/used one of these???? How was it for accuracy???? I have a 458 SOCOM from Bear Creek and it works perfect, but is not necessarily the most accurate rifle in my safe......I realize Bear Creek stuff is "cost effective", but I would like to try one. Hate to pull the trigger if it wont shoot. I also know that 22 mag is not the most reliable semi-auto caliber, so I would like it to be somewhat reliable even if not 100%. Thanks in advance for any info!!!!! M

Here's a fairly recent thread where a few of us were comparing notes.

Overall favorable.

I've got one . I was kinda skeptical at first but a few Facebook groups and a couple posts here mentioned them favorably. 3-9 Burris, still haven't given it a thorough accuracy test but it shoots several different loads inside of an inch at 75 yards. Maybe 1 malfunction in 3-400 rounds. Just make sure you use their buffer that comes with the upper.

I like mine a lot, and the accuracy Troutnut’s getting is no joke. Last time out I had several hovering around an inch, for five mind you, at 100 yards with a 1-4 scope. Ammo was Hornady 30gr VMax and Federal 50gr. While those land very closely together at 50 yards, by 100 gravity really drags those 50s down. I have it zeroed at 100 now with the 30s, and just picked up another brick on sale at SG.

Reliability is excellent. So far, only had a couple misfeeds, both with the 50s. It is a bit disconcerting though that the hammer still fell with the round jammed against the end of the barrel and the bolt open. Still, highly recommended. Don’t know how they sell such a nice upper with SS barrel for $206. Liked it so well I bought a nearly identical 20” SS .223 side-charger.

BTW, those Hornady 30s are pretty hot stuff, 2300+- out of the BC and 1700 from a 6.5” Single Six.

Might as well order the 20” SS .223 Wylde while you’re up. That one ($211) puts my handload into an inch, for 10, as well.

Gotta look close to tell them apart.
