i'm already hearing deer hunters saying they will not buy the tag and will shoot every bear they see and leave it in the woods. sounds like a plan to me.its kindof a turnabout on the bear hunters because some of them that i know have been shooting deer and leaving them lay just to keep bear in the area for years.
Sounds like a bunch of ethical hunters in your area.Shooting every bear and leave it lay because of $20 tag is very sad.
