I think I tried both the 175's and 195's and the 195's shot better. I probably have a few left, if I can find them, I will be able to tell. So the same bullets are still available from Barnes?
I was using pellets in this rifle, so I was using 100 grains of Pyrodex, with granular 777, I would probably try 80-90 grains. Where is that on the mild-hot scale?
We shoot 80 grains of BH209 in our 50's with a 250 gr. T/C Shockwave in a Harvester Crush Rib sabot, CCI 209M primers.
Lastly, I used to use 209 primers, why do you suggest percussion caps?
