Not Schrapnel, but the scope on the Winchester 70 appears to be a Kollmorgen built Stith branded scope installed via a Stith Master Mount.

Kollmorgen built 26mm diameter tube scopes for Stith and when Redfield bought the Kollmorgen's scope business, they initially continued the "Bear Cub" line with 26mm tubes, before transitioning them from 26mm to 1" diameter tubes. The 4x and 6x Stith Bear Cubs were available with internal windage/elevation adjustment and without any windage/elevation adjustments, the so-called "straight tube" style, that required Leupold or Stith adjustable mounts. The Stith Master Mount on Schrapnel's Winchester 70 is an adjustable mount.

While they are very uncommon, Weaver make some "Stith" branded scopes somewhere along the Stith line. I have a Weaver built Stith 4x that looks almost exactly like a K2.5 or K3, featuring a straight, rather than a belled, objective. It is the only one that I've ever seen and came to me from Nick Stroebel's personal collection.
