Hehehe, sorry to keep everyone waiting but life and all.

Here's the question, we use the cell towers to get an internet data stream from the North Carolina Geodetic ppl. There seems to be a "hole" in the area around Southport NC where the signal, while strong, 60-70db, isn't entirely reliable. I seem to get bursts of data rather than a smooth stream, which I need.
It's maddening. I get a signal of 4G on my personal Verizon phone but I just can't seem to keep a good steady stream on my equipment with either Verizon or AT&T.
It's just that area. The entire Cape Fear River is good, just that one area.
I hate a problem I just can't figgure out. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
