Picked up a new Hardy suppressor the other day for a RAR in .22 magnum. This suppressor is a pretty impressive piece of engineering. Rather than the traditional system of baffles and springs, the Hardy suppressor is built using their monocore technology. You can see from the photos that the guts of the thing is a single CNC machined aluminium unit. A non scientific test (fired a few rounds through a baffle suppressor, then a few through the Hardy unit) showed that the Hardy unit did the best job in terms of noise reduction. You can also see from the photos that the rabbits never stood a chance.

Disclaimer: I have nothing to do with Hardy Rifle Engineering, but I support them because they are a New Zealand company. hardyrifleengineering.co.nz
