Home Forums Fishing Freshwater Is this a decent buy for a fish finder (Lowrance Elite 5HDI Combo)

I have the same unit that my wife bought new for me this spring. It was right around $400, so $250 sounds pretty good, especially if there is still a warranty.

I'm still learning to use the model, but am liking it so far. I wish I could afford the 7 series for the larger screen, but the 5 works well within it's limitations.
