The ratio has to be huge, since most Afro-American crime is committed against other A-As. Just look at the violent crime statistics in the cities with the 10 largest A-A populations; NYC, Chicago, Philadelphia, Detroit, Houston, Memphis, Baltimore, LA, DC, and Dallas. No question at all, a black person is much more likely to be killed by another black person than by a person of any other race, maybe even all other races combined.
Go out and look at FBI stats for 2013, specifically Expanded Homicide Table 6:
White victims = 3,005
White offender = 2,509 (83%)
Black offender = 409 (14%)
Other = 49 (2%)
Unknown = 38 (1%)
Black victims = 2,491
White offender = 189 (8%)
Black offender = 2,245 (90%)
Other = 20 (1%)
Unknown = 37 (1%)
The telling stat is that Blacks are a much smaller percentage of the total population, so the murder rate for Blacks is much higher than for Whites.
