They (KA) won't have any water soon, if they keep drowning coastal golf courses with it and running it into the sea. Those schit for brains should have been using their gourd to figure out how to build coastal desalination plants, instead of how to limit ownership of guns and hi-cap magazines. But, I digress.
When the SHTF with drought and other catastrophes, the surrounding states will turn KA's spigot off. Hell, they're already talking about it.
