Idaho allows open carry, though the only folks I see doing it in larger towns are the attention seekers.
In fact I was on my way home earlier in the week (in town)and saw a 20 something year old OCing some pistol in a crappy nylon holster.
It was obvious he was looking for attention.
I kept driving.
Though I personally consider it dumb, he was not violating any laws and I didn't care to get sucked into an unsolicited, one sided conversation with a typically socially inept tard, who thinks he has his ninja skills all wired tight, due to his hours of youtube training..
OCing while out recreating, camping, riding ATVs, etc. sure. In town, no thanks.
