I've used the 53 and 55 tsx's and been really happy with them. I happened upon a good deal on the 70 grainers and thoughtI'd give them a whirl. I was kidding about the raking shots, honestly I wait for broadside or slightly quartering or I pass on the shot.
Can you tell much difference in performance between the tipped version and the old tsx?
Could never tell any difference between the two...but switched to TTSX after a few people here whom I trust, JB included, had a failure to open with the TSX. No one has ever complained about that with the TTSX....so what the hell.
