He wasn't sure if it was weather related, or what. He shipped a $2500 Luger, and it went missing. He filed a missing gun report with the BATF, and suddenly it was delivered. But my local PO has done several flaky things. More than once I have checking tracking and the website says, "Delivery attempted, notice left" when there was no notice. I go to the PO and magically it appears. "...the designer of the .270 Ingwe cartridge!..."
