Good shooting. H4350 works well with 140's. Another powder you should try is H4831SC. I use it with outstanding results with 140 hybrids, getting 2800 fps, single digit ES, with 24" barrel.
I used 4831sc with the 139gr Scenar in my 260 build. Looking back at my initial load work, out of the 5 loads I tested, the largest grouped into .662", the smallest .333" - Never bothered to try H4350.....
