I believe that Meacham built (and may still build) replica Winchester HiWall (1885) actions in Idaho. I have heard that they are so close to originals that the original parts will interchange with Meachams. They were, and maybe still are, very expensive actions.
1885 actions are, in my not-so-humble opinion, the best single shot actions of all time, unless you are into "English Best" prices. Many will not agree--everybody has his favorite.
And Unertl scopes are collector's items in their own right.
