OP DTHUNTER Campfire Greenhorn D Joined: Apr 2015 Posts: 58 Alberta Canada	I Just got my Marlin 336 XLR, in 35 Remington back from my gunsmith. The barrel was cut back to 21" from the factory 24". It was just too long! The rifle felt so darn awkward to carry! Now it balances much better as well. I installed a Leupold 1.5-8X36 silver ultra light scope on it yesterday. Benn having fun the last few days shooting cast 195 grain Ranch Dog flat points at 2025 fps. Fun stuff! Hope you like the pictures!
