A war weary world watched Germany rearm and become aggressive in the 30's. Nobody wanted to do anything about it so we got WW2 which killed millions. Everybody said never again will we appease a country or group who are obviously getting ready to attack us. The attack has started, the first shots have already been fired and the western world is still sitting on its collective azz.
How to deal with it? First we have to admit as a society/culture that war has been declared against us and the other side has already started.
Next we are going to have to develop a plan to get the so called "moderate/ non militant" muslims into the business of killing the other ones. If they wont help then by the simple logic of - "if your not with us your against us" we start getting rid of them within our borders.
After that we just start killing any that attack, advocate attacking us or harboring those who attack or advocate attack. No negotiation, no worrying about where they are or who it might piss off.
