I owned a Model 70 Lightweight 1985 30-06. I sold it when I was on a trip to be able to buy probably my favorite rifle. Selling that Lightweight Model 70 30-06 was I admit a mistake. It functioned flawlessly, was about my single lightest field rifle and was extremely accurate!
