These are Like new in the box. The only apology concerns some small marks on the strap lugs from split rings. I traded a NIB set of 10x of the same model for these 8.5x power binoculars. I'd keep these in a minute, but they don't fit my face. The IPD adjustment is indexed and my eyes seem to be between two stops.

They were made in Japan with SK and BAK -4 glass.

The position of the focus wheel behind the front hinge was a novel design feature. It has since been copied by Zeiss on their new ultra premium Victory SF line.
