Had a hankerin for a 358 Norma for a long time, finally got this one put together and turned right around and bought an Ultralight in the same caliber. As a result, this one can go.

Winchester model 70 PF that started life as a 7mm Magnum. This is the third rifle that I have sent off to Jesse at JES Re-boring and he punched it to 35 caliber and chambered it for the Norma. 3 groove 1 in 12 twist. After getting it back I did a Gun Kote, OD green job to the metal, and it was bedded into an older B&C Medalist stock. I didn't notice until taking the pics that there are a couple of sand marks where the stock meets the metal that look worse in the pics. I'm going to tape off the stock and put a little paint on before it goes. Also included will be a set of older Hornady Durachrome dies. I did buy some once fired 338 Win Mag Winchester brass that was necked up and fire formed after I received it. I will have about 56 rounds of twice fired, primed, (Win MLRP), brass, and I believe there are 52 rounds of 3x fired brass as well.

I threw a quick load together just prior to hunting season so it could go with me as a backup rifle for elk. IIRC, shooting a 250 grain Norma Oryx slug it was printing 1 to 1.25 group I have never had a complaint with any of the rifles that Jesse has punched for me. Looknig for 875.00 shipped for the entire mess. I may consider trades. First I'll take it, gets it.
