Yep, the 26 Nosler is an eight twist.
The 28 Nosler is a 9 twist, which seems to work well with Nosler bullets.
BUT, the 7mm Barnes LRX 168 gr. is marginal with 9 twist, 9.5 twist usually keyholes. The best rate for those bullets is 8 twist.
So, I don't guess Nosler is too worried about accommodating Barnes...
You reckon...??
If I built a 28 Nosler, it sure as heck would be an 8 twist, you can count on that...
