I just thought to check this again today. It's faster, but still too slow. It took 16 seconds for the initial load of the home page. Most people will have closed the page before then. Perhaps not coincidentally, clicking on the Zimbabwe sub-link of the Gallery section also took 16 seconds to see the first photos.
I have asked my local web designer to try his best to fix it, as I would have liked to keep on supporting him, however not at the expense of any business.
