I'm trying to work out a mystery 375 chambering for a rifle while I await a chamber cast.
It's a break open rifle that started out as a 375 Winchester and now it has been rechambered. Rough measurements leave me to believe it may be a 375-348 improved or a 375 Alaskan. I found a drawing on the later and some of the measurements work out.
If it turns out to be one of these how difficult is it to make cases and the positives or negatives of loading for a cartridge like this?
