Next time out shoot a few in the dirt then go to the target. See if it just needs to 'warm up' a bit. I usually shoot a couple into my case polishing media bucket every month or so to keep things lubed and working when not in use much over the winter. POI has been very consistent with it for the 4 years I have had it.
