Maintain foreign embassies as needed, but the bulk of the cash was wisely invested in American prosperity, for AMERICANS. Roads, bridges, irrigation, commerce, industry, prosperity.
Only about 0.15% of the annual federal budget is spent on foreign aid. The difference would be negligible.
