I just got back from a trip out to the west coast chasin guns.
One Rifle I wish I had bought was in a small shop in Lynnwood, Washington (just north of Seattle).
It was an older (but in excellent plus shape) Ruger 77 in caliber 280 Remington.
It appeared to have either a 22" or 24" factory barrel and had the tang safety and red Ruger recoil pad.
The shop was so busy I did not get to inspect the Rifle in hand but admired it on the wall behind the counter on two different trips to the store.
The Rifle has an unknown brand scope on it in Ruger rings and again the Rifle sure looked GOOD to me from 3 feet away.
The asking price for the Rifle and scope was $300.00.
If anyone is interested the gunshops information is as follows:

Like I said I should have bought it but I have a 280 custom already and I was dealing on other guns at the time as well.
