Is Justin Trudeau Qualified to be PM? Maybe.....what is the measuring stick that we should use to determine that, the mold that was laid out with former PM office, regardless of party affiliation?

The Liberal party is qualified to run the show even if were not happy with whats happened thus far. The Liberal party has alot of experienced political figures.
No party or leader is going to fix my already spiralling out of control country, and the muzzie and gay shyte that is getting rammed down our throats....I didn't vote for.
