Not all of us ! As a 4th Div grunt I carried a lot of different weapons on different missions, including shotguns , M3 grease guns, M79 thumpers, M60s, XM21's, CAR 15's and supressed AR's and the more experience I gathered the more I came to appreciate the standard M16.
