First, the New York Daily News, owned by a left wing billionaire named Mort Zuckerman, has long propagandized the "Right of the People to keep and bear arms" is outdated and the worker peasants have no Right (or need) to own firearms.
"Ban and confiscate," is their crusade.
Secondly, that numbskull "Marine" is a Democrat congressman from Kennedy's Massachusetts. Funny, isn't it, that he says that no one -- meaning Marines (and other military members) who have been honorably discharged who carried fully automatic firearms in the Marines -- can be trusted to own those evil BUGs, Black Ugly Guns that are semi-automatic.
What a cheap slur against his former service members.
But what would one expect from a left wing Democrat? Hypocrisy yesterday, today, and forever.
