Not really a big bore but my vote goes .350 Rem Mag.
I think x-verminator on here had one built on a wsm length crf m70 action. Check the blueprint thread.
It's like the Whelen in a slimmer 3" action rifle. Then sell the whelen classic and buy a magnum length action to build something big: .458, .416, etc.
