I've had great luck with 180's & 190's with both H4831 and H1000.
I read in a couple places where Mule Deer had written about the consistency of 75g of H4831 pushing a 180. In 3 different 300's I load for this has been a very consistent and accurate load. I've also had very low ES & SD's with it.
H1000 hasn't been far behind in either department, and it has delivered a touch more speed.
