If he is that good of a shot with the 22-250, why mess with success? Put some good bullets in it and go slay whitetails!

I've killed a few with both the 30-06 and the 22-250 or it's equivalent, the 220 Swift, all inside 200yds. They didn't die any faster with the 30-06.
