My late brother had two Liberty model Rugers; a 77 in .220 Swift, and a 1B .270. Both were stunningly accurate. He used Lee Target Model loaders, very cool stuff at the time. Regrettably, he sold the .270 when he got sick, and I wasn't able to acquire it. As far as I know, he didn't have to fiddle with the bedding at all.
