Have used all mentioned except the new Bushnell, though did use the older Excursions with reticle, and the Leupold Mark 4 with H32 reticle is the pick of the litter by leap and bounds due size, weight, glass, durability, price, and the reticle. The Hensoldt Spotter 60 is phenomenal, yet ridiculously expensive.
I'm no great fan of Leupold scopes, yet they make the best overall spotter all things considered if you want a reticle...... And if you shoot past point blank range, you want a reticle.
