I think they went back and put tags on older guns that were still sitting on dealer shelves.
So serial numbers won't tell you much.
Truth. They mailed us hang tags for existing, older inventory.
The MOA accuracy standard was put in pace after stepping up QC practices.
They paid more attention to the screw length, the height of magazines and set a standard for barrel torque. I'd bet there is a "serial number" where the additional QC steps started, but I doubt they'd share it. They may have not even recorded it....
