You may be referring to the standard 110 TTSX with the blue tip. The black tip is also 110gr, but is a different bullet that definitely expands better than the 125gr BT (which is also a great bullet for this application).

To the OP - the light weight 110-125gr loads are full power rifle rounds; the 220gr stuff is subsonic and carries about half the power or less, with relatively poor performance on game. The only reason to use the 150gr loads is just for lower cost plinking, they aren't really ideal for any hunting use.
