When the Christian is pushed out of the market place and the halls of governance and then persecuted by the magistrate he can always resort to scriptural prayers of imprecation directly to God at the throne of grace. No legislature, no judge, no tyrant, petty or grand, can withstand the hand of the living God, should he graciously decide to hear and answer the humble petition of the repentant sinner; for justice.
The sword of the spirit which is the word of God, cannot be restrained by the whim of mere mortal fallen men.
