For those not familiar with the old Model 70 Super grades, they have very elegant embedded sling "studs". Alas, my favorite slings are the Montana slings and the swivels are not wide enough to swing the gate closed and lock it in place.

E-mailed Pat and while they didn't have any on hand that would fit he'd be happy to make a sling with any swivels I had. I had an old military sling that worked and 4 days later the sling arrived and looks great.

Good service from nice people is always worth a post.
