What is the better a AR in the $600 and under price range? I am looking at this one from Buds. I have been told some of these are not accurate at 100 yards with groups 3" to 5"? I am wanting groups in the 1.5" range or better.

Three to five inch groups probably says more about the shooter and the ammo than the gun.
Benched or off-hand? Open sights or scoped? 55 gr. FMJ, or decent hunting/ target ammo?
That being said, I think you could do better.
The Oracle has a lightweight pencil barrel, an extra heavy handgaurd (Glacier Gaurd), and a gas block rail that is lower than the receiver rail, making it pretty worthless.
If you want a relatively light plinker to put a red dot or low power scope on, it would serve.
