On such a short bullet, having more material for the lands to engrave on is a good thing. I've tried that bullet from a 38 and accuracy was mediocre. I'm thinking betting rid of the tl grooves and powder coating might do the trick.
I wouldn't have any problem with the tl wadcutter, plenty of material for the lands to engrave on.
