My youngest son Matthew got his first antelope on 10/5/16 near Buffalo, Wyoming. The buck was shot at 130 yards with a Ruger American LH .223 Remington. He used a handloaded 64 gr. Speer Gold Dot at 3100 fps. One shot in the lungs as the buck was busy sexually harassing a couple of does. The buck ran about 15 yards and tipped over. The bullet exited the offside and the lungs were soup. The buck measured 14 1/4". He also shot a small doe later in the day at approximately 250 yards. Two antelope plus six whitetails at home in Texas, not bad for a 12 year old.

Will Munny: It's a hell of a thing, killing a man. Take away all he's got and all he's ever gonna have.

The Schofield Kid: Yeah, well, I guess they had it coming.

Will Munny: We all got it coming, kid.
