Just removed this from a used rifle I bought. Used Leupold Vari-x III 3.5-10x40, matte black, duplex reticle, 1" tube, target/tactical turrets. Glass appears to be scratch free. Minor ring marks and turret caps have a few rub marks on edges. No major scratches or marks otherwise. Looks like someone applied something to the front objective to black-out the gold ring. S/N should show in the picture.
