Bucks were in almost full brown rut mode and this guy chased a doe 20 yards in front of him and stopped...unfortunately the buck took a step just as he released and the shot went back out the the boiler room...I had him back out and we went in this morning just at first light to pick up the trail...hands and knees for over an hour and finally I smelled him.... we went another 25 yards and found him bedded...my buddy hit him again with a rage and that was the end...one of these days I guess I'll actually shoot one smile [Linked Image][Linked Image][Linked Image]
