Just a few pics from our season so far. We haven't gotten into big numbers of birds, but we haven't been skunked yet and have killed every rooster we had a shot at.

I had an hour break this morning so I took Lucy out to a half-mile filter strip. She pointed three birds hard - one rooster and two hens, and flushed three more that wouldn't hold - two roosters and one hen. The third rooster flew straight at the farmer moving corn stalk bales about 400 yds away, so we just watched him fly.
