I need load recipes for .416 Remington Magnum with cast bullets. I want to work up some loads with bullets with wide flat metplates for hunting whitetails and hogs at ranges up to 100 yards or so. I've currently ordered some 350gr bullets out of RCBS mould RCBS 416-350-FN.
Please recommend loads for both this bullet and any others that you think might suit my purposes better.
I currently have a pound of 5744 and want data using that. But also Data with other powders that you've had better luck.
I hate weighing charges, so if 2 powders give equal results, but one of them meters better, please note that.
Please note whether standard or magnum primer and whether you recommend filler with your load.
