The fix IS a stronger spring. I've noted that issue with the PTG unit before.. Five minutes and you'll be back in business..

If you don't have/can't obtain the right spring, just send the offending BM piece to me and I'll take care of it.. Use the USPS flat-rate small box and it'll be the cheapest method, IYAM..



Redneck was right. Called PTG & they sent me another, far stronger spring. A couple minutes later the problem was solved.
