It's new to me too. I ran across the recipe in a conservation magazine and it looked easy enough and quite tasty. I googled and you-tubed it and found several variations. Names too, seems some think it's a German recipe and some give it Russian origins. Gonna give it whirl, can't seem to mess it up...
