I read from another website this feller has been released, on bail. So it looks like ICE didn't deport him. Too bad, I was curious how this Lawyer could go to court with him back in his home country.
So the lawsuit isn't about him being wrongly deported from SFO, it is his being given to ICE for being an illegal.
I wonder how many lawyers lobbied to be this guy's agent? Pond scum at their finest.
