Remington website claims 1:8 for the 260... I thought their Model Seven 260s were 1:9
The original 260 released in 1997 were 9 twist. They then discontinued the Seven a few years back.
When they brought the Seven back a couple of years ago, the 260 now has an 8 twist.
I like my Sevens, but the CDL stock has too low of a comb for me to be very useful.
